Huge congratulations to Adele Spegman, one of EVCNB’s dedicated volunteers with the Nehalem Bay Medical Reserve Corps, for being recognized during National Volunteer Appreciation Week by SERV-OR/Oregon Health Authority.

Adele has served as NBMRC Administrator since March 2023 and has contributed countless hours improving volunteer on boarding, education tracking, event support, and emergency preparedness efforts for our community.

We are grateful for Adele’s skill, commitment, and generous volunteer heart. This recognition is so well deserved!
